HAPPY NEW YEAR 2021 Brings The Prospect Of A Home To Call Our Own Grays Athletic Football Club would like to wish all our supporters, volunteers, players, youth players, management, coaches and sponsors a very Happy New Year. 2020 has been an extremely difficult year, not only for the club and footballing community but for individuals and families alike. No one could have foreseen the impact COVID 19 would have on everyone and football in general. We once again would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who has supported the club through an extremely difficult time. It is testament to the loyalty shown to the club by supporters that we have seen our attendance increase at home games, we welcomed many new supporters to the club and we are very grateful for your support. 2021 is hopefully going to be a significant year for the club and its loyal supporters. There is much to look forward to. With luck and the councils support we will hopefully have a ground to call our own after what would be 11 years since leaving the Rec. If the planning application for Thurrock FC's Ship Lane gets the green light from the council some time in early 2021 we will once again be calling on our brilliant supporters to pick up their paint brushes, and once again bring a football ground back to life. Until that moment happens we once again would like to wish you all A happy new year and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
