Just read a bit more about it and if a goalie gets put in bin a outfield can go in goal but are not allowed to change back until the ball is out of play .surely this will just cause disjointed play and more stoppage ,which no supporter wants to see .

The FA are currently running sin-bin training courses around the country. It's mandatory for referees and with the new laws about cautions for technical area staff coming into effect the county FA's are supposed to make sure representatives from every club is at one of these courses.
I did my course with referees, coaches, managers and players and it was a great session. The course lasted about 15 minutes, the Q&A about 1 1/2 hours. There are quite a number of bizarre possibilities but not one of them actually occurred during the trial.
Sin-bins will be used on leagues featuring our reserves and youth sides, so we are looking at doing a briefing for all of the coaches and parents

Thank you David.
Didn't think about our reserves/youth when I said it didn't apply to us!

Some of our managers and youth have attended courses already.
I might book to go on a course. Lots of dates available.
