Good luck to Tilbury..........and to East Thurrock who have announced that they are planning a new facility.
Aveley have theirs.
Thurrock FC is sadly no more.
Plenty of scope for Grays Athletic, who unlike the other clubs are homeless as we all know.
The Football Association has a "Local Football Facilities Plan" for Thurrock, through which they will provide grants for improvement to local football facilities throughout the area.
I think it is true to say that the area in Thurrock with the least provision is in the largest centre of population - Grays.
There is room for all of us to thrive and our club is doing all it can to relocate to a new facility in North Grays - an area identified by the Council for a sports hub.

Thanks for prompt reply. It's dishearting to hear about other not so well supported clubs talking about ground updates

Just read a bit about Tilbury building a community stadium Joke of the day and I want to make clear this is a friendly rivalry joke. My next door neighbour a Tilbury fan said they are in negociations with Hugh Hefner to play at the Playboy Mansion. There fans say they get screwed over by the opposition so much they wont notice the difference.
