Any home draw is kindly but all teams are in there by right. It's the FA Cup and I take nothing for granted.
Some of us were at Newmarket Town in 1992 ! As I recall, the game was the featured match on BBC Radio's "Wembley to Wembley" trip through rounds of the FA Cup - and the kick off was delayed whilst they did interviews in the centre circle. Newmarket had barely won a game for about two years and we lost 1-0 on the proverbial ploughed field !
COYB !

I had a good friend with me and I was SO disappointed that we lost. He is still a good friend, but we still LOST!! The interview was with with Phil Simmons. Suffice to say, Newmarket lost in the next round, to Hayes, I believe.

hope we dont rest any players huge banana skin It's very important for both clubs. I would expect us to put out the best 18 man squad available, subject to injury, or dare I say, suspension. It's been a while since we "troubled" the FA Cup scorers in the second qualifying round, so we must try and make the most of the opportunity on 7 September.

There is two important reasons to put out our best team one is we need a good run for moral which the team and fans need, the other is we need the money £4500 is a lot for our club.
