It has been a month since my last chat and update and following the ongoings of the last 24 hours I thought it important to speak to the board volunteers fans and everyone involved with grays athletic. obviously we are all gutted as a management team and playing squad as we realised how important this competition is to the club on several levels but In particular financial and the kudos that this competition brings, we however will all come together as one and strive even harder to give you a team to be proud of and a club the community want to be part of.
we can all have opinions on the situation but now must use this to make us stronger in adversity and galvanise ourselves to the next level. we and the players will be training tomorrow and will use this time to clear our heads and dust ourselves down and bring us even closer together as a group. The season is still all to play for, we have had a good start in the league and still have the Fa trophy and Essex senior cup competitions which we want to do well in. your support has been fantastic this year and the the players are so pleased with the support we are getting for and games it really helps and is much appreciated please keep cheering us on we hope you are enjoying the progress we feel we are making.
On the player front Connor Martin has started light training so hope to get him back soon and rob Bartley has had a knee scan which we are awaiting results other than that the squad is all good.
Thank you again for your continued support and keep spreading the word of this great club and building the great attendances we have had so far cheers joyno Up The Blues

Thanks Joyno, I can well believe that the players are gutted, and yourselves. I hope you understand that nobody can reasonably be held to blame at Grays Ath,from what I can tell. The player himself seems to have caused the problem and the FA missing it last season.
Changing the subject, thanks for the Derby win ! We're trying to playing expansive, attractive winning football. Long may it continue.

The support will always be there, Paul, probably even more so under the circumstances
