Yep, great bit of business. Only made three appearances for Stortford this season. A proven performer at this level and someone to lead the line.
Good for Manny to hit the net a couple of times last night, so let's go again and get the league campaign back up and running after a couple of weeks off.

Here's his pen pic:
LUKE CALLENDER – STRIKER. Date of Birth 24 October 1985. Luke joined us on 3 October 2019 from Bishop’s Stortford, to supplement our strike force following an injury to leading goal-poacher, Tony Stokes. “The Tank” as he is known, is another proven goalscorer. Luke’s football career started as a young player with Ipswich Town where he spent seven years. He joined Stanway Rovers in 2006 and was with the Colchester-based club until linking up with Heybridge Swifts in January 2010. Whilst with the Swifts he was the top goalscorer in the Ryman Football League in the 2012-13 season notching up 33 goals. Luke moved to Chelmsford City in November 2013 and had a short loan spell whilst with the Clarets at Witham Town. He then joined AFC Sudbury in March 2015 and in the following season, 2015-16, won a Ryman North League Championship medal with the Suffolk side. He eventually returned to Heybridge Swifts in May 2017 and by the time he left there to join Stortford he had become Swifts’ record goalscorer in senior football with 117 goals from just over 200 matches.
