I notice on the Essex Senior League website, they have listed their (proposed) constitutions for this upcoming season.
Grays Ath are not listed in the Reserve Division, could anyone tell me if this is just a mistake on their part?

We have an open invitation to enter the league for the 2020-21 season.
This will be discussed, determined and a decision announced soon.

is there a cost to go in the cup Not sure which cup you mean? All I will say is that there a cost for every competition we enter! We receive very generous donations from supporters every season so if any one wishes to contribute to our league fees, costs towards fielding a reserve/Under 23 team, the board is always pleased to hear from you.

No problem. Always difficult to find the right balance as a homeless club. A clear pathway from youth football to senior football is a key part of our aspirations as a community club. Costs will always have to be a serious consideration.

I don't know personally.
The main costs are for pitch hire (including training), referees, food at home games, kit and footballs.

One advantage for the Under 23 side next season is that they will play their home games on a Friday night under the Lakeside lights, which means our management team can keep a closer eye on them and supporters may wish to take in a game, too.
We have already received THREE offers of financial support to help cover our costs, so we are now very pleased to provide an improved pathway from our youth section to senior football.
It really is what a community football club should be about.
We would of course be delighted to receive other offers of help, but the club is very well aware of the difficulties some supporters are facing.
We will very shortly be offering a new discount scheme to supporters which will cover things like support for player kit costs, match day support costs, match ball provision, match day programmes and ground entrance.
Match day entrance costs will remain the same at £10 for adults, £6 for seniors/students and £1 for the 16s and under.
