Well firstly I hope everyone is safe and well in these difficult times and hope I can shed a bit of positivity with regards what is happening with the first team and the recent return to training. We have now had 5 sessions with the group starting in the high thirties split between coaches and now are down to a squad of around 22 lads. The effort and attitude of all those training has been top glass with a good number of last years squad returning together with several new additions and trialists has given us some real headaches with the competition we now see in this developing squad.
We feel this has bought more pace and energy to the team and the spirit and mentality seems to have improved even further and cant wait to the time you can see the finished Squad.
Even though currently spectators are not aloud in games I will see if we can get some highlights arranged for some of the games so we can give you a taste of things to come. I also believe with 12 of the squad remaining from last year this helps in terms of not as much of a rebuilding but more of a adding the extras to make us stronger and that is what we feel we are seeing at this early stage.
I really hope you can see us playing soon but most importantly keep safe and well.
I will also endeavour to give you some more detail about our new players shortly and also feedback on games so that you do not miss out. thanks again for all your support Joyno

Thanks Paul.
Always good to hear from you.
Jim had a good interview with David Seaman which was published a few days ago and he advised us that Manny Ogunrinde and Jeremy Arthur were moving on (Aveley and Welling United), but it's good to hear that we expect to retain a good number of the players from last season.
Look forward to hearing about all the signings in due course. I know that supporters are already thinking about supporting their kit costs and having their name alongside the players in our match day programme.
Keep working and training hard!
See you soon.
