Just thought you would have to have some sort of licence to film children, but don't bother me as long as they don't belong to me. Perhaps Mr. Casey would confirm that.

It can be a complicated business. In a public place, you are ok.
If you see any stuff on our education page then there are permissions for each person/group filmed.
If we film in theatres then we have a laminated sign that says.."Filming is taking place tonight etc.."
Remember, if a parent turns up to a primary nativity play and wanted to film, for family viewing only, then the school cannot stop him.
If they then publish in public (youtube etc) then that is a diff ball game.
